Housesforstudents.co.uk is my website to advertise the 2 houses I have to rent out to students of the University of Southampton. Good student houses to rent are becoming harder and harder to come by now. As I only have two houses, I can look after them well and improve them year by year, normally helped by the students that choose to live in them who are free to paint their rooms (at my cost). I normally like the current students to show future students round as they can give a better and more candid view of how good the houses are than I can.

The most popular areas for University students in Southampton are generally Portswood, Highfield, Swaythling and occasionally the further out areas of Shirley and the Polygon. Houses in Portswood, with a short walking distance to the University are regarded as the premium houses to have.
