There is a garage for bicycle parking and a shed.  I pay a gardener to keep the garden. Arnold Road is a quiet road with on-road parking and only a 10mins walk to Uni.

I respond quickly to any problems. I want tenants to treat the house as their home.  I will willingly pay for decoration changes at the tenants request if it leads to an overall improvement to the house.

20 Arnold Road is a great location for a student house, being very close to Portswood and its shops as well as within walking distance of both Highfield and Avenue campuses.

The house itself is well furnished , with everything I’ve needed as a student including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and drying racks around the house with one in the garden as well. Speaking of the garden, it’s spacious and green which makes it ideal for having friends over in warm weather.

Steve is a great landlord and is always willing to help with any problems. The few we’ve had have been very efficiently resolved with long lasting solutions. He’s been very attentive and enthusiastic to make our experience as easy as possible (which has been particularly helpful as a final year student). He also makes sure the property is well maintained, with a gardener on call to keep the front and back gardens tidy and a handyman on call to fix issues within the house.

I’ve had a very good experience living in this house and have nothing to complain about.
